What if I need a domain name like mycompany.com.au or have a domain I'd like to transfer?

You can create your own personal domain name with accompanying email service at any time by purchasing our Paid Services. You can also transfer existing domain names purchased elsewhere to BusinessZoom and further link it the website you built using our tool.

Can I have my website hosted by BusinessZoom but keep my emails hosted by other provider?

Absolutely! You can keep your emails as usual whilst designing and creating your website using BusinessZoom. Just signup to Ultimate Website and advise us your email server records (known as MX records). Read on this article for more details.

What is the Money-back Guarantee on the Paid Services?

Most Paid Services include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a refund if you cancel your paid services within 30 days of the activation of your account. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to domain name registration and other domain name services. Once you purchase your domain name or apply your domain credit, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired. The amount of your refund will be the price of the paid service you purchased from BusinessZoom less the domain name registration fee and other charges.
